here to lend a helping hand
You will need to sign on to Meebo Messenger using the Meebo ID that was used to create the widget to chat with your Meebo Me widget visitors.
When a visitor interacts with the Meebo Me widget on your site, the widget name will appear on your Buddy List. The visitor's name will appear underneath the widget name. If your visitor did not set a nickname on the widget, you will see guest#####.
To chat with the visitor, double-click the the visitor's name on the Buddy List. An IM chat window will appear for you to chat with your visitor. If you visitor initiates the chat, then an IM chat window will appear with your visitor's IM message.
There is no way to connect the widget to a different Meebo ID than the one that created it or redirect incoming messages from a widget.
The widget does not have a broadcast ability; however, you can set a custom away message by setting your status message in Meebo Messenger. The message will appear in your Meebo Me widget.
You can disable your widget so that visitors will see that are you not available and they will no longer be able to send you messages. See Creating and Managing Meebo Me Widgets in Meebo Messenger for more information.
If you are not signed on to your Meebo ID, messages sent through your Meebo Ne widget will appear the next time you sign on. These offline messages will expire after 7 days.
If you don't want to receive the offline messages, you can disable your meebo me widget.
At this time, meebo me widget conversations are not saved.
You can have up to 100 conversations open through a single Meebo Me widget.
The widget needs to refresh its connection back to the server. If you see the Network Disruption message, refresh your browser to try to reconnect.
Try editing the embed code – remove the wmode=“transparent” attribute from the meebome embed tag.
