How can I change my password?

1. Log into Meebo Messenger with your Meebo ID.
2. Click preferences at the top of the Meebo Messenger interface.
3. Click account settings.
4. Enter your new password.
5. Confirm your new password in confirm password. Note: If new password and confirm password do not match, confirm password will show a red border.
6. Enter your current password and click Submit.

Note: If you change your password you will be prompted to re-enter all of your IM network passwords the next time you sign in.

I can't remember my password

If you forgot your meebo password, go to www.meebo.com/lostpassword.html.
Enter your Meebo ID. Instructions will be sent to the email address with which you registered.

Note: The email you receive will be from passwords-no-reply@meebo.com. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. If you get an error message when submitting, then the username you are entering may not be valid. If you are unable to recover your password, please contact us at www.meebo.com/support/contact and include any email addresses you may have used when you created the account - we'll be happy to help you find your account. If the username is valid, but you never get an email, either the account doesn't belong to you (and someone else is getting the password reset email!) or you used another email address when you created the account.

Forgot IM Network Password

If you forgot one of your IM networks' (Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, AIM, Google Talk, Jabber) passwords, go to Meebo Messenger's login page and click forgot password within the login frame of the appropriate network. This will take you to the IM network’s password recovery page.
