We’re currently looking for a full-cycle Recruiter with 4+ years of experience to support our business teams including, but not limited to, Marketing, Creative, Sales, Emerging Revenue, Business Development, Finance & General Administration. The position will be onsite full-time and is located in Mountain View, CA. Start-up experience is a HUGE plus.

What you will do

• Partner with business client groups to develop and implement staffing strategies Drive the full cycle recruiting process from initial candidate sourcing to negotiation/close of offers Work with hiring managers and interview teams to determine candidate fit and next steps Compile and update weekly reports for management review Manage vendors/agency relationships Manage new employee on boarding process

What you'll need

• 4+ years experience in full cycle recruiting, supporting a variety of business teams including marketing, sales, business development, finance, and general administration Experience with web based ATS, preferably Taleo BA/BS degree Knowledge of EEO, ADA and employment laws Proven organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ideal candidate would possess high energy and be highly motivated Experience at a start up a plus
