We're looking for a Product Manager to help build a team around a suite of internal and external facing analytics products and services. This includes our partner dashboards as well as our internal dashboards.

Meebo is one of the Web's fastest growing social media companies. The Meebo Bar is installed on over 5,000 sites and reaches over 130 million people each month, enabling convenient sharing and communication across the web. That kind of traffic generates an extremely large amount of data which we use to measure success, engage our partners, and inform product decisions based on A/B testing.

In this role you will:

• Own the product roadmap, create requirements, and prioritize features for our external analytics product, our internal product stats, advertising, A/B testing dashboards as well as our overall stats infrastructure
• Help scale our analytics product development team to meet our growing business needs
• Work closely with designers and engineers to build our analytics product and streamline the analytics gathering and reporting process
• Work closely with other product managers, business, and marketing managers to ensure that we are measuring key metrics for all success factors across the company
• Define and own the metrics glossary for the company

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Engineering Degree (preferably Computer Science or similar program)
• Experience developing Internet products and technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment with schedules measured in days rather than weeks
• Experience with agile or scrum methodology a plus
• Familiarity with Python, Hadoop, PIG, CouchDB a plus
• Experience with large scale data systems
• Understanding of the social media space
• Understanding of the online advertising space a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills
• Detail oriented, analytics driven
• Experience working with both developers and business teams
